The problem started with the right passenger power sliding door failing to operate. The power lock on the same door also failed to operate properly.
About a week later the driver side power window failed to work at all.
This appears to be a problem that is getting worse the longer it remains unresolved.
I have learned that Chrysler has recalled 200,000 Pacificas built between 4/2016 and 11/ 2019. I believe that possibly Chrysler had a bigger problem than they knew. I purchased my Pacifica brand new on 3/31/2018.
My Dealer Chrystal Chrysler in Brooksville, Florida has not been able to solve the problem as of 7/21/2021.
Update from Jul 24, 2021: Just got my Pacifica back after 3 days at the Dealer. $ 1075.57 All appears to be working correctly after changing a door latch and a window motor. Only 3 more more latches and motors that can fail. Of course the ones they replaced can also fail again since there are many complaints about the Electronics with these cars.
By the way I also owned a 2014 Grand Caravan and the drivers side motor had to be replaced on that car as well.
I don't think there are any more Chrysler products in my future!
Update from Aug 1, 2021: I would like to be added to the Class Action Suit since these problems appear to be well known to Chrysler for a number of years. .
