The contact took the vehicle to the dealer to be diagnosed and was informed that the lower control arms needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V143000 (Suspension). The manufacturer had not been notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 42,570.
