Pacifica 3.6L V6

We consider this to be one of those systems that you can live without. However, since this is supposed to be an emissions thing and fuel saver, it would seem that the federal government would step in. Since I have Uconnect troubles, the dealership doesn't want to do anything with Start/Stop until the Uconnect problem is resolved since these might be related. What a joke!
