We've been taking the Van to Chrysler and they've never been able to identify the problem. We are now taking it to a non-Chrysler mechanic, and they can hear the problem- but don't have the ability or time to address/identify the problem. We bought this brand new -9/1/2019 and had this issue ever since! Frustrating... and now the warranty has run out. This is why I will go back to foreign cars... all the dealer wants is for you to give them a "10" for service so that they can get paid and look good to the Mfr. Yes...I'm aware most dealers are the same- foreign or domestic. I'm 54... I've had plenty of new and used cars.
