This entire van is so glitchy. It's been glitchy since a few months after I got it. Things just happen randomly like the radio won't turn on, the steering column wouldn't communicate with the radio, you'd use the GPS from Apple Car Play and it'd get stuck or shut off, the sunroof will close and then bounce back open 4 inches, the power liftgate has had to be changed within 8 months of having it. AND, worst of all, twice we've been driving and the car will jerk and put itself in park. It's so dangerous. Apparently, this van (according to the mechanic) has really bad electrical issues and he was the one who mentioned the lemon law to me first. I love the van but it's dangerous and super annoying. I'm SO disappointed.
