My 2020 Pacifica Hybrid suddenly stalled in traffic. It would not restart and had to be towed to the dealer. It is still at the dealer since 9/10/23. Phillips Chrysler in Ocala Florida will not return my phone calls or messages. After initially contacting the dealer, the did respond and said it was horrible news and they aren't sure how to fix it. Aaron (the service advisor assigned) said he contacted Chrysler and started a "STAR" case. He had no other information or an estimate of return to service. I'm not sure what to do as this is my only car for my pregnant wife and daughter when I'm away from the area 4 days a week. I rented a car, but that is getting VERY expensive. We need help, we bought this car to help conserve money for our growing family.
