Pacifica Hybrid

The contact owns a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated while entering a parking lot, the vehicle lost motive power and stalled with the check engine warning light illuminated. Additionally, the message to shift to park and turn off vehicle was displayed. After several attempts to restart the vehicle, the contact was able to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be diagnosed, but no failure was found. The manufacturer was contacted, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was 35,194.
