My brand new 2022 Pacifica Hybrid ran well for 13 days and 325 miles.
After an overnight home charge, I got an a message on the dash, Service Charging System, a fan like noise sounding like a racing engine began shortly thereafter. When I put it into gear to see if it would drive a different warning message, I got a big orange Turtle picture saying Vehicle Speed May Be Limited.
When I tried to drive it to the nearby dealership, the turtle mode ended and the brake light came on and would not release and then the whole dash shut down. The tow truck had to do a full car lift on wheels to get it out of the intersection. The dealer repair person noted a loose pit fit in the system and a completely dead 12 volt battery dead which had to be replace.
After an overnight charge, I picked the car the next day, and now after 4 days the whole thing begins AGAIN. Its Sunday so I will have it taken in to the dealership again as soon as I can make an appointment.
