Left lower control arm failed, causing steering to lock.

While driving lower control arm/ ball joint separated causing loss of vehicle control which resutled in the vehicle hiitting a embankment. Vehicle not included in recall number 97V201000 due to VIN.

After dealership examined vehicle for previous suspension recalls and found nothing wrong on vehicle in 1999, consumer was starting to accelerate from a stop sign and turning right. Front right lower control arm disconnected from vehicle, and right front wheel kicked out from vehicle also, tie rod separated, and passenger's side axle became dislodged from transaxle. Please provide any additional information/attachments.

There's a horrible noise coming from front end, similar to recall on suspension lower control arm. Another dealer replaced the lateral arms and the problem was solved. The customer was satisfied by the dealer's performance.
