I have developed a stalling/DYING problem. The car dies when actually moving at any speed! I'm wondering if there is a sensor that will shut off the motor if the drive axle goes bad? I have already replaced the crankshaft sensor, and now have THIS problem!! I had noticed a vibration coming from the front. Thinking it was the tires, which were old and almost bald, I had them replaced and an alignment done as well (Just in case!) I still had a small vibration afterward, but nothing like it was before. Then THIS!! At highway speed (60mph) it suddenly began bucking like mad! Dash lights went out, everything seemed to die when it bucked! It stopped and I was able to get it to work. On the way home, it started right up. Drove ok, with some noticeable vibration from the right front wheel. Then started the bucking again, and DIED!! I can start the motor, and it runs well. As soon as I put it in gear and actually give it some gas, it dies again. Bucking and all!! Sometimes it won't start right up and I have to slightly move the car. I'm wondering if the drive axle has gone bad, and if there is a sensor that shuts down the motor if the axle goes out of sync!! Anyone have any ideas????
