Took my daughter to look at this Chrysler Sebring.. The car ran smooth..No visible signs of problems..Seller mentioned that the valve cover was leaking and the wheel bearings needed to be replaced... Got the car home and started working on it... Next day the oil light came on and went away..Came on again and stayed on.. Then the back window would not go up, took apart the paneling which was a pain in the ass. Found that the cable had somehow gotten stuck in one of the pulleys..
Called for replacement cable and was told I needed to buy the whole window regulator which would be another 300.00.. I gave up... took the car to Midas to get the oil situation fixed. They changed the oil and filter and reset the car.. Light was gone...Then came back on.. They went deeper to check the sensor said that was fine and working along with the oil pump...They reset the car again and it went away..
My daughter went to pick up her car and 5 mins after, that dreaded light was back..Now reading all the complaints on this model but different years. I wonder how many other people out there have experienced this same problem in earlier years... I feel sorry for her cause this is her first car and she has a 2 year old son..Income is limited...
WTF Chrysler??? What are you guys gonna do to help fix problem??? Money ain't nothing if your name's worth SHYT... Which is what you are showing to be...Money Hungry Bastards..Well let's see how much money you will be making in the next few years after I start spreading the word with facts that can be found on the WORLD WIDE WEB........
