I had this problem taking care of due to recall.l but, apparently they don't know how to look at a door panel to see that the panel itself was broke were the little plastic pins clip in to it. they should have just epoxied them in the first place to avoid the problem. they must have a bunch of idiot's working in the engineer department at Chrysler. this not the only time I had to fix this, that is why I epoxied them on. No more problem.. thank god for that. chrysler needs someone that actually works on cars to engineer them.
