Vehicle has only 19000 miles. Upon applying the brakes pedal gets very soft, and brakes grab slightly. Brake pedal is still very soft after the dealer replacing the front brake and master cylinders.

Intermittent unresponsiveness of brake system (loss of vacuum ) while stopped in traffic from 2/15/99 to 2/20/99. Full loss of brakes 2/20/99 at approximately 15 mph resulting in minor accident with another car. Manufacturer and dealer have failed to identify/repair brake problem.
