On my 2000 sebring convertible, after a rain storm car starts hard, tries to start, backfires, after awhile, it will start and after it warms up will run great again, was told, could be a hole in the heater box and water is getting in? was told its the cap and rotor, was replaced a year ago still won't start when wet. was told its an electrical connection through the firewall? dose anyone have their similar problem. your help is greatly appreciated thank you for taking the time to reply Henry.
