replaced oil sensor 2wice 1st. one after market - 2nd oem factory . spliced in new connector going into oil sensor . problem still exists after car is driven 30 miles or so . now being told by an old chrysler mechanic that the oil sensor is badly designed +the only correction is to drill a 1/6th hole into the bottom of the sensor -in the plastiic with the hole facing the ground to allow the vappor from the hot oil to escape . can not understand while chrysler does not correct this by including the hole in the sensor.. the dealership is aware of this but will not inform the customer. as yet i have not tried this , but afer cooling down from anger i probably will. if any others have tried this with success , please inform me
