: the contact stated the positioning hinge on the rear of the child safety seat has worn and no longer stays in the downward position. The manufacturer was alerted. Also, the positioning clip is easily moved by the child. This is a graco comfort sport, model #8630kbt, manufactured may, 25, 2004. Updated 9/13/2006 -
