Sebring LX 2.7L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 90,000 miles

Engine was idling roughly and jerking back and forth after startup. Also had a hard startup. Had it checked out at Tires Plus and they recommended a new fuel pump due to irregular fuel pressure. Bought the part my self and did NOT take it to Tires Plus. The markup on the part was double (standard), so I just had a private mechanic do it for ~$30 dollars. The fuel pump itself was over $400. But I saved a bunch of money on both parts and labor by not going with the chain store.
