Sebring LX V6

This car has always had the "clunking" when shifting, but I'm told it is "normal". It is annoying and I never heard of this before. It sounds like the car is falling apart, as it is kind of loud, and I notice when it doesn't do it. I am very disappointed and will never buy another Chrysler car.
