At 7000 miles I noticed that my leather interior was starting to wrinkle and tear. I contacted the dealership. They said to bring it in so that they could look at it. It was definitely going bad, they apologized for the strange behavior of the leather and assured me that they would take care of the problem. They said they would order the new leather and they would call me to schedule an appointment after the leather arrived. No call back. I called about 2 weeks later and they said the leather was in bring in the car. I told the service advisor that I wanted to see the old leather seat after it was removed. Amazingly, the seat was not available for viewing after the repair. I got my keys and found my car. Only the drivers seat was replaced. Amazingly, 2 weeks later, the drivers seat was tearing again in the same place, same pattern, same color. I do not believe that the seat was replaced. I believe that they took it off and attempted to repair it. Bad judgement on their part. To this day, approximately 7 months later, I have never heard back from them regarding fixing the leather.
