Due to noticing a decrease is fuel milage, and acceleration, I took my car to the dealership. I sat and waited and the guy told me that they pulled codes from the car's computer and it showed some sort of issues with the fuel pump. They then preformed a pressure test to measure psi coming out of the pump and needless to say was sub-par. I was told since it was a Friday, that I would have to miss another day of work and bring my vehicle back to the dealership the following Monday due to having to order a replacement pump.

The following Monday, I took my Sebring back and waited about 7 hours for them to drop the tank and swap pumps. I did notice an increase in power/acceleration. A few weeks after, the problems returned. Again, I scheduled an appointment and took my car back, another 5 hour day waiting, finally they told me that they "found nothing wrong, and that I should drop my vehicle off a Friday night, and leave it over the weekend." I asked the guy, why should I have my car sit in the lot for how many days, he stated that it's better if they start the car cold to get a better diagnosis. Sounds like a whole bunch of b.s. to me. I havent taken my car back, worse case if it breaks down I will call roadside and raise hell later.

I would recommend to any other Sebring owners to KEEP ALL WORK RECEIPTS, seeing as how they may try to give you some b.s. There is a fuel pump issue that Chrysler will not rectify, but at least hopefully the warranty will cover any future issues. The cost of a new pump supposedly was $500 some dollars which is a bit hard for me to believe, I only paid about $56 with the warranty and tax.
