Well, I bought my car used with 33,000 miles on it, 2 years ago. Shortly after driving it for about a year, my transmission was shifting and jerking really hard when both speeding up and slowing down. This raised quite a lot of alarm with me. So I took her back to the dealership, what a friggin nightmare that was!!!

Dropped my car off at 8:45a.m., got a rental and went home. Noon comes and goes, finally at 2:45, I called the dealership and asked wtf is going on. Mechanic on the other end says, "well we test drove it, blah, blah, blah, blah and cannot find anything wrong." WRONG THING TO HAVE TOLD ME! I start telling the guy what happened, how it happens, etc., and that they better find out whats wrong. Well wouldn't you know about an hour later, the dealer calls me back. Ok, so whats the verdict? Transmission solenoid is shot, partly covered, cost like 150 for deductible and they recommend a transmission flush and filter replacement. Ok, get there and after all is said and done, stupid POS cost me about $400!!! I was so damn pissed off. Not to mention from my house to the dealership is over 20 miles away, so I wasnt too thrilled about having to drive to timbucktoo and back.

Dealer incompetent. The answer to every problem was that they couldn't replicate the problem. Car lunges forward when idling. Check engine light came on after servicing at the Dealership. Paid $500 to have check engine light taken care. Has always had air coming in from the convertible top. Now the car in the morning will not go into drive until you turn engine off and restart. Even then I am not sure if it will go into gear. This car stinks. Our 2000 Sebring was a lemon too. They told us that they couldn't fix it, so we had to trade up to 2004 since we owed more than it was worth. I am ready to buy a Toyota or Honda, that is if the car will run when I take it in for a trade. This is disgusting.
