Every fall/winter I have to take the car in to have the rear window defroster repaired. Was told by the dealer that it was a design flaw and that "the clip is in the wrong place, causing it to snap everytime the top is lowered."

Was an inconvenience when it was still under warranty - not it is an even bigger problem. Contacted Chrysler about it and was told thatsince it was not a safety problem that there was no intention of making any type of blanket repair or recall for repair on it. So, they are aware, just do not care about the cost and inconvenience to their customers.
