The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Sebring. While stopped at a traffic light, the RPM's decreased to zero and the engine stalled. The gear was shifted into park and the vehicle was restarted. After it was restarted and the contact depressed the accelerator pedal, the vehicle hesitated for 15-20 seconds before accelerating. When it rains, the headlights and instrument panel lights would dim intermittently. The light switch was turned off and then back on. The dealer was unable to duplicate or repair the failures. The powertrain was unknown. The failure mileage was 16,000 and current mileage was 29,000. Updated 03-19-08 updated 03/19/08
