had hoses replaced each winter for the last two winters. Was told that when the temperature dips into the -30 cecius range, the fluid turns into the consistency of molasses and since it is under pressure, has a hard time making the ridiculous bends in the metal parts of the hoses. The natural tendency is for the hoses to try to straighten out when under pressure and since they cant, the hoses break! Real reassuring to know that Chrysler's research & development team took the time to find these problems before unloading these vehicles on the unsuspecting public! Grrrr.

While starting my car noticed a that there was a small squeal and knwing that it was

cold, I did not do to much about for it had happened in the past. Therefore put the car

in reverse and when I was turning the wheel it was stiff looked up and notice a huge

puddle of red oil!! Great lost all my Power steering Fluid. Had to get the car towed to

a garage 2 hours away and now they are telling me to wait 2 weeks for the parts to come

in. Great! The High Pressure hoce burst!!! ona 5 month old car.
