Dealerships want no part in repairing the convertible top systems in these chryslers. I found a dealership that was willing to diagnose my issue. They had the car for one month, I went to check on the car at the dealership and they told me that FCA did not have a replacement part for this car anymore, since they bought it from Daimler Chrysler. I was told that they would attempt to locate a part in their supply chain, which I knew was bs. They service manager told me to look for a used part on my own in the meantime. After many calls to Chrysler to expedite locating a part they finally told me in on August 21st that there is no part and Chrysler doesn't make it. And that my only option is to try to find a used part and try to find a dealer that would install it.
