I turned wipers on to remove morning condensation and they took on a life of their own. They were jerkily moving and randomly stopping. The only way I could get them back in place and out of my line of sight was to quickly turn them on and off allowing them to move about 1 inch at a time. Now I need to invest in rain-x treatment just in case it rains and they don't work. Given my horn, wipers and engine stall (maybe fuel pump?) I'm thinking this is the TIPM.
