Chrysler Sebring 2010...I have placed three-car-batteries in this vehicle..one battery in 2017 (March to be exact) and, one in December 2017 and another car-battery in January 2018. It keeps going for about two-months starting up and running. And, then without a moment's notice, it just stops cranking up and the batteries are testing bad through a computer-check and test. it doesn't shut down nor does it stop while I'm driving it. It just whenever, I make two or more trips locally in my hometown. It just won't start back up...it acts as if something is shorting out the fire...either, from the battery to the starter or perhaps, something within the crankshaft sensor...(I've been told...that just might be the problems!) Anyway, it's worrying the hell out of me!!!

First car is not cheap to purchase. Tires are expensive to replace, Then you are hit with electrical problems that have to be traced down by diagnostics that only can be performed by Crysler. Each time you have to take it back it will cost you 300 to 1200 to replace modules and parts like alternators ; had two in 7 months., replaced battery it was drained within 6 hours.1,000 dollars in seven months. Mechanic thinks it maybe a module 1out of ten that could be faulty making the car surge the battery while car is off killing the battery one module replacment part is 800.00 dollars, TIMES that by ten and add a new fuse box 1200 , and it could be a wire harness. Not me I refuse to be held accountable for a faulty electrical system that Chrysler continuse to use despite continued complaints since 2001.So after you buy their products you still pay by contiually fixing electronical problems after warraanty.Of course. Talking to them is a brocken record. I don't know the speach number buy it is the same response. So what dowe know about Chrysler and their products Expensive to buy,Expensive to maintain, and last but most important thing I learned so far with my expireance with Chrysler DOES MOT CARE AND DOES NOT BACK ITS PRODUCTS, wILL NOT FIX ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. SO to save every one time and money if your battery is getting drained stop fixing parts ask the machanic at Chrysler to put a KILL SWITCH on the negative post for your battery. Won't have power to clock and other things when kill switch is off but car will start every time win KILL SWITCH IS ON.and your clock and other things will work then 18 dollars do it yourself about 150.00 if fixed by a mecanic.

This vehicle has been to dealer 3 times and last 2 mechanics the dealer said it was( pcm), the computer, they replaced that, got the car back, 1 day later, dead, won't start, took it back. Than they said the alternator, replace that, 1 day later dead, won't start. They trying to say buy one of our alternators, no way, enough. The car's battery keeps dying and either Gainevilles Fl Chrysler has the worst mechanics or they're crooks or they don't know what they're doing.

I been dealing with this voltage problem for over 6 months I haven't been able to drive the car for almost 3 months. Well I drove like 3 or 4 times, than dead again, back off to have fix, I can't take it.

The battery has been replaced, the alternator and the computer. It keeps dying and won't start after battery is charged.
