Yesterday I was with all three of my children running errands when at one of my last stops we came back to the van and I couldn't get the van to start, I couldn't even get the key to move, everything was locked up! I had to get someone to pick us up and my husband went back to the parking lot my van was in and was there until 3:30 am trying to get it working, he didn't. van is still shopping without me, we don't know if this is a steering column problem or a key problem. This same thing happened to me the day before but I thought it was a fluke, because the key worked after trying it only a few times.
