- Palm, PA, USA
The contact owns a 2001 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that while driving at night approximately 45 mph, the driver's side headlight failed to illuminate. The contact engaged the low beam headlight and continued in operation. On a separate occasion the similar failure occurred with the passenger's side headlight. The malfunction occurred intermittently. The contact replaced the headlight bulbs himself at different times. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the FCM module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired.
