: the contact stated there was a puddle under the front end of the vehicle. An independent repair shop determined the metal heater tubes in the rear had rusted through. The repair shop could not do the necessary repairs and the vehicle was taken to the dealership. The dealership replaced the heater tubes. The vehicle was located in a salt belt state. Updated 03/28/06.
