The contact owns a 2002 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, there was an abnormal noise emitting from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was diagnosed that under carriage was rusted. The technician stated that the vehicle could not be repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 95,000.
