Ignition lock gets stuck, can not start the van. On two separate occassions got stranded with an infant in the car, was not able to get the van started because of an ignition lock not working properly.

Engine bogged down and check engine light flashed. 5 star dealer replated ignition coil plugs and wires to the tune of $600. On the way home, similar rough running, flashing engine light, back firing, now dealer says it is computer short. Other problems with transmission and fuel system took at least three trips to service and many charges to get fixed. The chrystler 7/70 warranty is not worth much to this dissatisfied customer.

The ignition fuse blew out which caused the vehicle to stall. This occurred while driving and at a complete stop. This results in loss of power steering. Dealership changed ignition fuse 23 to 10 amp. The failure recurred 2 week later. Dealership service invoice read that transmission at pin area and around solenoid pack failed. The harness rubbed, chafed, and was damaged. Repaired harness isolated from transmission with rubber. However, failure recurred.

Engine sputtering and failure occured at 23000 miles while driving. Vehicle serviced by dealer several times, replacing and repairing electrical system components. Dealer has replaced wiring harness/ iginition coils, bare electrical wire shorted/ PCM replaced/replaced clock spring twice, and replaced front control module. Consumer wasvery concerned about electrical problems. Does not feel vehicle is safe.
