Found both brake lights staying on after applying brake or using remote door locks on key. Lights will go off eventually, but driving is not safe. Pulled fuse and brake switch- lights still on.

I own a 2004 Chrysler Town and country. While driving on the highway at 60 mph I noticed in my rear view mirror that the plastic covering on the rear outside lights was almost all the way off. I stopped the car and saw that it had come unglued and was about to fall off so I took it off to avoid causing an accident or injury.
