The contact owns a 2005 Chrysler Town and country. The break warning indicator lost pressure; therefore, the warning light did not indicate that there was a failure and caused the driver to crash. There were no injuries. A police report was filed. The dealer replaced the break calipers and the master cylinder. A complaint was filed with the manufacturer and the contact is expecting a return call within four days. The failure mileage was 33,000 and the current mileage was 34,000.
