Town & Country LX 3.3L V6

electrical flashes on and off, including radio, lights dim

Realized if the rear window defrost was on this problem occurred. Turned off rear defrost and problem seemed to go away. Happened once before and rear window defrost was also the issue. Mechanic has not been able to replicate.
