Difficult to fill. Noise from under hood after driving; noise stops after removing gas cap. Seems to have intense vacuum in tank when removing the gas cap. Dealer wants to replace tank, sending unit, etc. Looking on the internet I find the same problems in the 96 and earlier town & country; but, none after that date. Why haven't more of this problem been reported? I feel sure that this is not the first T&C with the problem since 1996.
