The whole lower body is rusted with deep holes and I had to repair several times. This vehicle will not pass the next MA state inspection. The rust started appearing three to four years ago. I have replaced the front hood due to large holes. Under the body floor panels holes have appeared. I see all kinds of same model years when I drive hundreds of ones over the years and I see rust all all of them. Some severe some minor but I always see rust. The included pictures are a very small snapshot.

My son hit a 2000 pound cow at 40 mph. It was standing in the road after a curve. He never had time to hit the break but stopped instantly. It hit head on and then flew up into the windshield. The front end caved in and the radiator was bent into the engine. The van is a total loss. The airbag never deployed. We checked on line and other years around our van had a recall but not ours. I reported it to Chrysler but they said airbags don't go off when you 'drive through an animal'. I've known people who have hit deer with less damage and their airbags did go off.

I am concerned that the airbags did not deploy, the damage to the vehicle is substantial. My wife and son had both minor injuries.
