The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Town and country. While warming up the vehicle, the vehicle had no heat, the defrost blew cold air only, and the windows would not defrost. The dealer diagnosed that the heater core and engine needed to be flushed and anti freeze needed to be added. A week later, an anti freeze leak appeared. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 126,000.

The headlights randomly go out while the switch is in the on position. They may work fine for 10 minutes or an hour, then go dark. If I wiggle the headlight switch I can sometimes get them to come back on briefly, but it is truly hit and miss if they will stay on or not. There does not appear to be any particular 'sweet spot' on the switch and it does not appear to be affected by smooth or bumpy roads. It is quite scary and dangerous especially on the dark mountain roads I have to drive.

I was driving to work on a city street that was in good repair (no potholes or rough road). Back window just shattered. Temp outside was 46 degrees Fahrenheit, I did not have the heat on in the van, nor did I have the back defroster on. There was a loud noise (I thought it sounded like a gunshot) and the window shattered. There is nothing in the van... no bullet, no rock, nothing in the van as evidence that something was thrown / shot thru the window.
