The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that the rear hatch failed and dropped down on him. The contact suffered a minor injury. The contact was informed by the manufacturer that there were no known issues involving the rear hatch. The vehicle had not been inspected. The failure and current mileages were 40,000. Updated 7/12/12 the dealer installed new updated studs and a rear tailgate prop.. updated 07/18/12
