The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated while driving various speeds he noticed a bucking feeling. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who advised him that he needed to replace the input and output control modules. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 94,000. Updated 12/20/11 the consumer stated after getting the vehicle back, he continued to experience problems with the transmission going into neutral. The vehicle was towed to a repair facility where a new torque converter was installed. Updated 12/23/11

The dealer stated that the torque converter needed to be replaced, and the flash also had to be reset. The vehicle was not repaired. The shuttering started after a cv joint was replaced by a local mechanic. The current and failure mileages were 48,000.
