rear window exploded

The temps were only about 47 degrees last night. I drove home late last night and it was fine. I loaded my kids in the car and then noticed it was shattered outward. I shut the van doors after I got my kids out and it all shattered to the ground.

The back windshield shattered about 3 weeks ago when we closed the sliding door. It was replaced by Safelight. Then it shattered again last night when the drivers door was shut. Something is going on with the glass on this vehicle.
