  • 167,000 miles
The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler Town And Country. The vehicle had previously been serviced by the dealer under the Manufacturer's Campaign Numbers: R03 (Wireless Ignition Node Module) and W09 (Driver Air Bag Emblem). The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. Additionally, the anti-theft alarm system, windshield wipers, and door locks were inadvertently activated. The contact had to disconnect the battery in order to correct the failure. The failure caused two minor collisions with no injuries sustained, and no police report was filed. The vehicle was taken to Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (1460 E Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744) and diagnosed with clockspring failure. The contact was informed that the clockspring needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 167,000.
