The contact owns a 2009 Chrysler Town and country. While driving approximately 70 mph, the vehicle stalled and all the instrument panel lights intermittently illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who diagnosed that the clutch converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 11V139000 (electrical system); however, the part to do the repair was unavailable. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 97,000.
