My vehicle will stop after I have finished driving it. This has happened quite frequently. I will have to jump start my battery and then the engine will start. It usually happens when the car has been sitting overnight or for longer periods of time (meaning over 6 hours). I have already replaced the battery and took the car to a mechanic. The mechanic said it a big problem with Chrysler town and county. The fuel pump relay is not working right and causing my battery to drain or not start. He said there are recalls for very similar cars and models, but checked my VIN and it was not on my vehicle. I need to the company to look into this as this seems like a problem that could have been prevented. This could be dangerous if the car stops on its own while driving.

Vehicle stalls while exiting highway and coming to a stop. Engine rpms dip and car bucks and almost hits car in front. Then engine stalls out. At first after putting it in park and restarting it was ok until going on the highway again. Now the engine doesn't buck it just stalls out when coming to a stop after highway driving and when put in park it starts but when put into drive it stalls right out again. Then starts after being put back in park and I have to apply throttle to get it going in drive. Dealer is completely clueless and since no computer code is stored, they do not know what to do. This is extremely dangerous and Chrysler just backs away from the problem. I have a 100,000 mile drivetrain warranty but I don't know what is causing this and since I am now at 56,000 miles, my bumper to bumper warranty has past and the dealer doesn't know what to do nor care to try to fix it and if its sensors then I will be paying out of pocket on a vehicle I just finally paid off. I am about to call lemon law and sue Chrysler for a dangerous vehicle that they do not care to help with or pay for to be repaired. I will never buy another Chrysler again, but since I just paid this car off, I have no option to buy a new car anyway. Besides no one would, want to buy this car since it stalls out when leaving the highway. Very dangerous. Please help! the drivers seat seat belt also doesn't click the belt in so it can't be used. Extremely unsafe vehicle.

On around November 18, 2013, about a week after trip to Chicago and during an overnight cold snap (about 25 degrees from 45), was pulling out of driveway when I put my foot on gas pedal it made a sound as if the gas wasn't reaching the necessary area to make it move forward--the esp/bas lights and the traction light lite up. I pushed gas pedal again and it made the same sound but the car moved a little faster as I rolled onto the street. The lights from esp/bas and traction stayed on. Drove about 10 miles to work. No other incident with gas pedal but lights stayed on. On December 2, the same incident happened with the gas pedal, but only after I had driven about a mile. I put my foot on pedal and gas gurgled and the esp/bas and traction lights came on while the car seemed to want to use it's traction even though there was no snow or ice on the ground. Took to dealer and was told that the angle sensor needed to be replaced and that the clock spring was defective. Stated not under the life time power train and no recalls.
