The airbag light has been intermittent, and lately seems to be on all the time. I took it to a mechanic and he’s not sure, but he believes that replacing the driver’s airbag would solve the issue as the current airbag is not fitting properly into its holder. There is material sticking out which is causing another issue with our horn beeping randomly on its own.

Chrysler dealer stated it was probably due to water infiltration in wiring harness. However, could not schedule a service apt due to lack of time. Returned to New Jersey and dealer said never heard this cause. Have a apt for late June.
