Town & Country Touring Plus V6

As I close and open the rear window vents you can hear a clicking sound, the dealer said that the rear window vent actuator needs to be replaced. they replaced it, but the wrong side. they ordered the wrong one, they finally replaced the left side still the problem continues no fix.
