Car started at night in the garage, smelled the exhaust in the house went to check it out. Keys were located in the kitchen (aprox 50-60 feet away) and the car was locked and running. Got the keys, opened the garage to let the fumes out, shut the car off by inserting FOB, turn to on position and turned off. As I walked away from the car with keys in hand it started again. I took it to the dealership, they wanted just south of $200.00 to replace the FOB. Told them I bought one online for $19 and needed it programed. They said they would charge me the same amount since a tech had to call Detroit and get a special code. What a load of crap - seven new Chrysler's in 15 years and never again.
car remotely starts without touching fob
