The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that the anti-theft feature failed to disarm and the vehicle failed to start. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was towed to bill abbott Chevrolet Buick (500 w center St, monticello, il 61856, 217-817-0749), but the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was also taken to douglass Dodge Ram (811 w state highway 54, clinton, il 61727, (866) 408-8606) where it was determined that the vehicle was operating as designed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and did not assist. The failure mileage was 150,000.
