The dealer informed the contact that the WIN module had previously been replaced under an unknown recall; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer had yet to be notified of the failure. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 82,000.

Updated 03/05/12 the consumer stated the abrupt down shift occurred when slowing down to a stop or slowing down for a steep incline. Also, while driving, the dashboard lights, blower motor and head lights went out and then came back on.
