2nd notice about the "rear quarter vent window switch". neuwirth Chrysler dealership here in wilmington said that they would order the replacements 6-8 months ago. Never heard from them. Called neuwirth today when we received this second notice ( 01/08/15 ), and was told by "[xxx]" that the "parts are not available." She said, "I'll put you on our list and call when we can get you in."...driver door fire without warning... sounds serious to me. How about some help! information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
